Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns and all sales are considered final. 

Refund/Replacement:

Refund or replacement are issued in the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect item received
  2. Product defected on arrival
  3. Parcel damaged during transit

NOTE:- In case of the above mentioned points, customers must provide a complete uncut unboxing video withing 24-48 hours of delivery, with all the products visible. This video serves as evidence for the shipping carrier and aids accurate issue assessment. 
To initiate a refund/replacement, email us at oluxo.shop@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91- 98210 03212 with your concern and attach the unboxing video. Request beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for assistance.

We don't offer return once the product is purchased and the only exception when we accept the return is if the product is damaged during the delivery. 


To be eligible for damaged product return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at oluxo.shop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
No exchange available on the products once purchased. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
